Amos The Transparent
Monday, January 25, 2010

After coming off an exciting 2009 that saw the band win $50,000 from LIve 88.5 FM in a local radio contest, they also piled up attention from all over North America. XM The Verge 87 made them finalists for Artist of the Year up against other notables such as Alexisonfire, Joel Plaskett, Said The Whale and Dan Mangan. Their sophomore release was added to over 200 College radio stations in the US which led to licencing agreements with 9 major television shows.

The band is currently writing material for their third record and will announce a heavy touring schedule soon. In March, you can catch them live at the Chart Attack Canadian Music Week showcase and at several shows during SXSW in Austin Texas.
